Meet The Chef

Following a BA and a Masters degree in Sports Marketing, after being a collegiate volleyball player, I went to work for PowerBar and then a software company in Silicon Valley.

After many years behind a computer, I decided it was time to pursue my passion.

And so I did...

I left my beloved San Francisco where I had lived for 20 years to embark on Portland, OR and Culinary School. I was trained by some of the best chefs I know whom I still consider friends.

I was learning and doing what made me happy.

I had found my inner peace.... in the kitchen.

Living in Frankfort, IL has given me the opportunity to continue to play with food.  It allows me to practice my flavor profile by catering to my clients needs, no matter what the cuisine is.
